today

Today I vow to begin writing about what I have learned each day. I come across so many tidbits of factoids that I forget some of them. Brain practice here now. Much will be rambled off but so rich the content may be. Then, let's get to sharing and see what comes of it.

its mid afternoon and already it has been a day chock full of facts. newspapers are still the rage on my end - i'd rather lick my thumb and flip a page than click mouse. though i do hate that they havent figured out another material to print the news on that doesnt reap havoc on all those fertile forests. sheet metal?
apparently, ugly teens are more likely prone to commit crimes than pretty ones because of fewer social and employment opportunities. jessica simpson is trying to be like angelina jolie by adopting poor children and dealing in charities. google doesnt seem to call on time when a phone interview is scheduled for 2:00pm. men are prone to be more dissatisfied with their mates if they make a habit of looking at pretty women in victoria's secret catalogs. there is a difference between selfishness and self-indulgence. and, finally slabsides is a slang term for tall skinny lanky types. (i suppose it could also be construed as a rustic cabin near poughkeepsie)
